It is my duty to informe you
of the receipt of two Addresses
from His Ma^ties Province of
New Hampshire subscribed by y^r
self with concern of the Councill
which have been laid before His
Ma^ty , being all the Papers & Infomacóns
that have been transmitted from His
Ma^tys Councill since the settlemt of y^e Province
which has chiefly occasion'd His Ma^tys
appointm^t of M^r Chamberlane to be
sec^ry of New Hampshire Clerk of y^e Councill
established there with strict comands to
transmitt a constant & exact acc^t
of all occurances & transactions w^ch y^e
Councill is likewise obliged to do by His
Ma^teys comands signifed in a letter committed
to his charge [&] conveyance. I am
